Hiring is broken.
CVs list certifications that were passed by memorising slides. Multiple choice exams test recall, not judgement. The result is a workforce that looks qualified on paper but cannot perform under real conditions.
Two stages. Both must be passed.
Every ekaraksha credential is earned in two stages. First, a scenario exam drawn from real situations. Second, a live defence where working practitioners probe whether the skill is genuinely yours. A credential you cannot fake your way through.
